    1. Her cough has become very loud and insistent so we took her to the Emergency Vet today. It's probably kennel cough (odd for a dog who has barely been around any other dogs to catch that!). It's treated like a human chest cold - just rest and let the immune system beat it down. My biggest worry is now R - I hope that he can still have his important vet appt this week even if he may be carrying kennel cough.

    2. Another update - now R has it too. I really wanted him not to go through this :(

  4. Looking so bright and beautiful, shining. Hope her cough was just a tickle in her throat.

🎶...Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
And I say it's all right
Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
And I say it's all right.

  8. Look at that golden glow on you precious girl. We didn't know she had a bad cough - kennel cough can sound really bad. We sure hope she recovers well. And we especially hope that R can avoid catching it.
